Starts with 3 Factors

3 Factors are the basis of a score to measure a cities innovation pre-conditions, in a globally comparable way. We started this model in its first iteration in 2007.

The 3 Factors map the innovation process from idea to implementation to communication. More on this innovation process on another article. There are similar models created later as a result of the Design Thinking movement. And this is quite compatible with other models as well.

There is another 4th factor which underlies all factors, which we explain to paid subscribers at a later date.
